2025 Season Kick-Off

What a great first session and wonderful crew of 11 kiddos!

Each Gojo added a branch to our hideout clubhouse where we do some of our best thinking. Today we discussed which tools (our head, heart, body, or robot) might be most and least important in reaching our goals in Robotics as well as life. The kids deftly responding that the robot was least important. We agree - good thinking!

Next, we took a look at our Robot Dance game map and discussed consistent robot positioning and basic forward and turn rotation measurement and navigation. Kids were off and running programming their first blocks of Robot Dance code.

We were very impressed by the leadership, teamwork, and flexibility our team members are showing!

Big thank you to volunteer coaches and parents who stayed to lend a hand today. You are the wind beneath our wings.
