Story Team — Pros, Teachers, Friends, Parents & Kids
The Story Team began meeting late 2024. Creating a storyscape for the TeraTerraTribe and trainings on Every Now Tools, each core team member brings an expert perspective—Brenton Burnett (pedagogical), Matthew Taylor (storytelling, acting), Rob Healy (scriptwriting) and Julia Carbenter (marketing).
TeraTerraTribe of TimeSlide
The multiverse is in danger of obliteration through “timeline evaporation!” From a utopian Earth timeline, comes a plan to save it all!
Orlo E. Goshwilder travels to a near-us-now Earth timeline pitching the “steamHouse” as the ultimate technology of the multiverse, where skills of the supertribe TeraTerraTribe and Every Now Tools are trained.
Serious Play for Pedagogy
As teachers, there is credential in crafting curricular storylines. And, we think, in imagining pedagogical useful elements for a science fiction type Hogwartsian world. The environment offers a place for example, metaphor and emotional connection.
The Fairmount steamHouse Orlo Lore is that it is a club and training center (atelier) for SuperHero-Artist-Agents who have Purposes, Paradigms and Practices. All of the atelier’s members are of a megatribe or SuperGroup known as Earth ERFers as they are Aspiringly Effective Reasonable and Fun. And they specialize in “first principles” of thinking, relating and fitness.
For the last few months, our new Story Team have begun work on crafting not just a storyscape but a core storyline, as well as characters to support lesson delivery.
The video experiments below are early, and amateur, experiments to communicate elements of what might be done with our present resource and level of expertise.
Once we develop our script, seasoned theatrical others will be brought in to move to production!
Rise of Fairy Dragons: Prologue
Orlo’s steamHouse of Aspiringly Effective, Reasonable and Fun Humans is here and counting on (maybe) you, to Save all of Existence.
The Parcel
Brenton gets an obstinate parcel.
Rise of Fairy Dragons: Queen Zubby Departs
Queen Zubby Buzzy departs charging us to care for the Cucurbita. And to be wary of Fairy Dragons.
Decision and Project Triads
Narrated by Colonel Y. Howhat
From a future Earth timeline, Orlo E. Goshwilder, the famously reasonable teacher and media celebrity, is on a mission to save the entire multi-verse of Earths and other timeline realities.
Orlo acts as an instrument of the Earth ERF Hominid Genus Council—the Facilitators of a mega-tribe or supergroup of mostly Neanderthal and Homo ergaster hominids. In other Earth timeline clusters, cephalopodians and dragonians are the conscious beings of modernity.
Orlo is here to establish a steamHouse human club and atelier for aspiring SuperHero-Artist-Agent training where Purposes, Paradigms and Practices are pondered.
To organize and host the club, Orlo enlists the help of Clem Beluga, his wife Addy and their daughter, Ivy (all native to a nearby Earth timeline, they look a lot like, but are distinct from, Brenton, Heidi and Romy).
The clubhouse is a re-renovated 64 room Victorian micro-mansion that had been converted into a steel barn...and now we are excavating and remodeling it back to the glory days of the Tivolli Shark Park Resort. Amazingly, all of the necessary items, Orlo has rightly predicted could be found on Craigslist Free and select Goodwills, ARCs and antique stores!
The site is chosen for its unique geology and soil, making it particularly choice for growing cucurbita gourds, pumpkins, melons and squash (and Plant Kingdom Volunteers others might call “weeds”). Most of the gourd types help imbue all flying Super Humans with their complete set of powers. Unfortunately, after millions of years of dormancy, fairy dragons have appeared again on North Table Mountain.
