Story Team Camp

  • Fairmount steamHouse 16079 W 50th Ave Golden United States (map)

Story Camp 2025 runs with lights, camera and action (story & improv)!

Stories can be consciously objective, and/or emotionally connecting!

Actor and story coach, Matthew Taylor will guide our thinking on what makes a good story. We’ll also learn some improv acting skills, in preparation for our culminating scene for the week…an improvised interview for each participant, as a fish! (Participants should expect to be hung by climbing harness on a rope in front of a green screen.)

Beth Sanders (of Beth Sanders Photography) will share how she captures (and even elicits!), peoples’ story through light, composition…and especially by connecting with others.

Brenton will use light, lasers, and mirrors to explore the nature and behavior of light! We’ll even chat on what happens if you could catch up to photon’s pace, and why the universe, might actually be a multi-verse of parallel versions!

On Thursday, as part of our work, we’ll visit the Downtown Aquarium! Drivers needed!

Join us Friday evening for a cookout, craft Camp show, fish movie, book & movie reviews, and stargazing

Grades 3rd-6th, $100
